Concepts, promotional microsites and targeted direct mail and email marketing for two major SunGard campaigns to drive awareness of data protection and security.
SunGard was looking for fast turnaround creative solutions for two distinct sales campaigns in the UK. We were asked to come up with a plan to launch a new pricing policy for SunGard's Electronic Vaulting Services as well as an awareness-generation campaign highlighting the benefits of secure off-site data storage via SunGard's Co-location Services.
Our solution for the Electronic Vaulting Services shifted perceptions of SunGard's prices and highlighted the problems of relying on traditional tape back-up systems. The separate campaign for its Co-Location Services focused on the proximity to the client of the company's data centres, showcasing the services available at their nearest location and the ease with which they could access their data in the event of a major workplace incident.
Taking on both projects simultaneously meant developing these separate creative routes while adhering to the overall SunGard messaging framework. Both campaigns utilised individual microsites, where the primary focus was to convey the issues and offer a solutions to visitors. These visitors were directed to the sites from personalised eDMs and/or printed direct mail that reinforced the campaign messages in way that would engage each audience.
