Brand positioning, visual identity, promotional literature and online awareness campaign for the first in a series of medicines information applications for clinicians.

First DataBank, a leading provider of medicines information, has developed the first ever series of apps that will give clinicians access to drug data from any computer or mobile device. They called on us to launch this suite of apps by developing a completely new brand identity.

Our branding gurus set to work creating a brand strategy incorporating a new brand proposition, visual identity and tone-of-voice for the products. These ideas were then developed into a series of campaign assets, including sales literature and a series of eDMs to target lists of clinicians and healthcare IT professionals and a dedicated microsite encouraging recipients to sign up for a free trial.

The subsequent online demand generation activity we delivered successfully promoted brand awareness for FIRSTLight and led to substantial traffic through to the new campaign microsite. The microsite has seen great reception from visitors, efficiently informing them on product features and benefits, whilst driving a high volume of registrations for the free trial of the product. In addition, our telemarketing activity exceeded expectations by delivering 200% of campaign objectives.
