International research campaign to generate qualified postal service market opportunities for Blackbay
Blackbay delivers real-time mobile worker solutions that enable business process improvements to Supply Chain and Field Service mission-critical operations. Blackbay's Delivery Connect Postal Solution enables organisations to take advantage of mobile technology by maximising performance, reducing handling and operational costs.
Following the success of securing a major contract with Royal Mail Group, Blackbay were looking to build engagements with other major national postal services internationally. We were asked to help Blackbay break rapidly into 80 national post services worldwide, to conduct market research and to profile senior decision makers within these complex organisations to develop an understanding of their approach to real-time mobile working.
Our dedicated Blackbay teams worked to identify and build positive relationships with several key decision makers within each organisation and gain an understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Contact details including telephone numbers and email addresses were researched in order to build an accurate database of over 190 relevant senior contacts in target organisations located globally, including Europe, the Middle East and North America.
